Job description

What you will do:

• Support the Tech Team in developing and scaling internal AI agents and automations
• Work with JSON structures, API integrations, and low-code tools like n8n to build workflows
• Assist in maintaining and improving our AI assistant infrastructure (OpenAI, Google Cloud, etc.)
• Help design automations that connect platforms like Amazon, Bol.com, ChannelEngine, JIRA, Outlook and more
• Analyze and clean structured/unstructured data to improve our agents' decision-making
• Collaborate closely with the Data, Ops, and Support teams
